Businesses

A business that uses Ovelit Stock stores its records with us: products, stock, suppliers, customers, orders, payments and reports. The business controls that data; we process it on its behalf to run the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Customers and suppliers of a business

Names, phone numbers and addresses are kept so the business can deliver, bill and remind. Messages sent to them are logged so the business can see what was sent. A customer who orders on a shop link gives their name, phone and address to that business only.

The calculators on this site run in your browser and keep what you type in this browser only. Nothing is uploaded.

Security

Each business is kept separate, access is by role, and every change is recorded in the audit trail. Connections are encrypted.

Ask the business that holds your record to correct it, or write to hello@ovelithub.com. Account owners can export or delete their data on request.
